Vittia: how Stratws sustains the group's integrated management
See how Grupo Vittia integrated indicators, action plans, and projects into results-driven management with Stratws, Siteware's platform.

Grupo Vittia already had structured indicators and meetings recorded in minutes before Stratws. What was missing was systematizing those processes on a single platform, one capable of sustaining the group’s fast growth.
Grupo Vittia brings together Biosoja, Samaritá, Granorte, Biovalens, Vitória Fertilizante, and JB Biotecnologia, with 50 years in the agricultural market. Its partnership with Siteware goes back to August 2018.
Today it’s the national leader in inoculants and one of the three largest foliar fertilizer players in Brazil, with R$ 14 million invested in research and development.
How Stratws rolled out at Vittia
The rollout had two strategic management focal points at Vittia and took about 6 months, in a remote process with in-person training on using the software. The longer-than-expected timeline came from a good reason: as the system was configured, Vittia realized it needed to track a larger set of indicators.
Today, Vittia’s use of Stratws is intense, results-driven, and highly strategic.
How Vittia uses Stratws
Vittia has its own Integrated Management System (IMS) team. It relies most heavily on corporate performance features, building results management through indicators. Part of the indicators are fed through ERP integration; another part still comes from spreadsheets.
The system lets us have a holistic view of all our processes. In other words, we can report our data across all 3 management levels: business, tactical, and operational.
Vittia also relies heavily on Stratws to build action plans and standardize what will be worked on throughout the year. That’s also how it maps and assesses indicator deviations, avoiding repeat problems.
Each team uses the system its own way. The research and development team makes heavy use of the project management module, to identify the real return on each project. The industrial team, meanwhile, uses every module intensely.
To deepen that engagement, the IMS team ran a survey on system usage and knowledge. The results became the basis for internal training tailored to each team, including new employee onboarding.
Vittia’s experience shows what changes when indicators, action plans, and projects from different areas start talking to each other inside a single system. That’s what sustains a results-driven culture across the whole group.
As facilitators of this evolution, we rely on Siteware's support team, always ready to meet our needs, to whom we can send questions and suggestions. That interaction, tied to our Integrated Management System, drives the improvement of Grupo Vittia's results management.
