Tial: how Stratws professionalized results management
See how Tial professionalized indicators, action plans, and its results-sharing program with Stratws, Siteware's platform.
Before Stratws, Tial already had structured internal management processes: organized indicators, quality tools, and meetings recorded in minutes, all sustained by spreadsheets and its own documents.
Even without ISO 9001 certification, the company followed the standard’s requirements to the letter. What was missing was automating and professionalizing what already existed.
We saw in the system a chance to automate and professionalize processes we already had at Tial.
At first, employees felt the change, and indicator tracking was the easiest feature to adopt. Today, the use of Stratws is steady and strategic across the organization.
How Tial uses Stratws
The feature Tial uses most is the Results Program. Each area has an annual goal plan, and indicators are calculated and addressed every month, with a meeting for leadership to present the results.
At year’s end, the registered indicators become enablers for the program: the percentage of profits shared among employees is calculated based on the scores the system itself generates.
Now, the decision-making process is faster, since you don't have to keep pulling reports, and you can track the indicators daily.
Tial also relies heavily on Stratws to track tasks and build action plans whenever a problem needs solving.
What onboarding looks like at Tial
Since the system touches so many processes, every new employee goes through an onboarding meeting to get to know it. Real learning, though, happens day to day.
Tial’s experience shows what changes when indicators, action plans, and an entire results program start running inside a single system, with data updated every day.
